Baked Spaghetti Casserole

Casseroles are the perfect touch when you need a quick meal, and who doesn’t need a quick fix from time to time. It is simple to get the ingredients like ground beef and green peppers all ready to go into the casserole dish with just a few minutes of preparation time. If you make the mushroom and tomato sauces ahead they are simple to add as well. whip it all together and you are all set to place it in the oven. Serve with a fresh salad and garlic bread and you have a winner every time.



INGREDIENTS

1/2 pound spaghetti

1 pound ground beef

1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)

3 cups tomato sauce

1 1/3 cup mushroom sauce

3/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

DIRECTIONS

1. Set oven to 350f and spray a 9 by 13 in casserole pan with cooking spray.

2. Cook spaghetti per directions.

3. In a large sauce pan over medium heat cook beef, onion, garlic, and pepper cook until beef is completely done.

4. Mix rest of ingredients together with beef mixture and place in casserole dish.

5. Spray sheet of tin foil with cooking spray and cover bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
