Hamburger Noodle Casserole

Hamburger noodle casserole is a classic when it comes to creating a delectable meal that is sure to invite the kids to dinner or any other meal for that matter. Kids just naturally like macaroni and they enjoy the flavor of ground beef, which makes it simple to please their taste buds. When you create this casserole using these ingredients, you just cannot go wrong because you will be providing something delicious as well as nutritious for your little guys.

This recipe is simple to create, and you are not stuck with the ingredients that are listed either. These ingredients are intended as a guide to get you started with the basics of making this dish. You can always add some of the leftover vegetables you have in the fridge or bring some in from your garden or take them out of the freezer or pantry to add to this much-loved meal.

If you like, you can also swap ham or chicken cubes and still have a great meal. Along with that, add of your favorite shredded or cubed cheese.



INGREDIENTS

1 lb. hamburger

1 1/2 c. wide noodles

1/2 c. chopped onion

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 clove garlic

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/2 c. of your favorite shreded cheese

DIRECTIONS

1. Set oven to 325f and spray a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.

2. Cook noodles according to directions drain and transfer to cooking dish.

3. In a medium bowl place cream of mushroom soup, onion, garlic, and salt and pepper beat mixture. Pour over noodles and top with cheese then bake for 25 to 30 minutes until set.
